Barling Bay LLC is proud to announce that it has been awarded the “SeaPort-e” Contract Vehicle as a PRIME Contractor. SeaPort-e  is sponsored by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, located in Dahlgren, Virginia.

The SeaPort-e contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle and is used to provide a wide range of services to all U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps agencies and components. 

Barling Bay has assembled seven companies to support the SeaPort-e contract.  Our team will provide excellence across all seven zones and all 22 functional areas.  The services that our team can provide within the SEAPORT-e contract are: Engineering, Logistics, Systems Integration, Information Technology, Program Management, Administrative, and much more.  The professionalism of our employees and the superb effort conducted by our management staff will consistently deliver a high quality of effort across all task areas required to support the SeaPort-e contract. The contract award allows for Barling Bay, as the Prime, and its subcontractors, to utilize the SEAPORT-e contract vehicle for a 4-year base period, in addition to two 5-year option periods.
