Barling Bay, LLC is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaskan Native Company (ANC) owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Established in 2002, Barling Bay was accepted into the SBA 8(a) and SDB Programs in June of 2004, with an exit date of June 2013.
